Section 1939.20 - [Operative 7/1/2024] Rental companies(a) A rental company is not in violation of paragraph (29) of subdivision (a) of Section 1770 for excluding from the advertised, displayed, or offered price of a rental vehicle charges that are disclosed to the consumer in compliance with subdivisions (a), (b), and (g) of Section 1939.19.(b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2024.Added by Stats 2023 ch 400 (SB 478),s 4, eff. 1/1/2024.
