Section 798.16 - Other provisions permitted by law; copy returned to homeowner(a) The rental agreement may include other provisions permitted by law, but need not include specific language contained in state or local laws not a part of this chapter. (b) Management shall return an executed copy of the rental agreement to the homeowner within 15 business days after management has received the rental agreement signed by the homeowner.Amended by Stats 2004 ch 302 (AB 2351),s 1, eff. 1/1/2005
