Section 20500 - Unlawful manufacture for sale or sale of adulterated article used in making paints, oils, varnishes, or pigments

No person shall within this State manufacture for sale, offer for sale or sell any article, mixture, compound or substance, used in making paints, oils, varnishes or pigments, which is adulterated within the meaning of this chapter.
