Section 19289 - Payment with bad check(a) Any person who submits to the bureau a check for fees that is returned unpaid shall pay all subsequent required fees by cashier's check or money order.(b) Any person who submits to the bureau a check for fees that is returned unpaid shall be assessed an additional processing fee as determined by the bureau.Ca.
