Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 8504.1

Section 8504.1 - Pesticide defined

"Pesticide" includes any of the following:

(a) Any spray adjuvant.

(b) Any substance, or mixture of substances, which is intended to be used for preventing, destroying, repelling, or mitigating any pest or organism.
