Section 7512.7 - [Effective until 1/1/2025] "Qualified Manager" defined(a) As used in this chapter, "qualified manager" means the individual under whose direction, control, charge, or management the business of a licensee is operated as specified in Section 7536.(b) This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2025, and as of that date is repealed.Ca.
