Section 7512.3 - [Effective until 1/1/2025] Person defined; repealer(a)As used in this chapter, "person" includes any individual, firm, company, limited liability company, association, organization, partnership, and corporation.(b)This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2025, and as of that date is repealed.Ca.
