Section 7582.12 - Position of license(a) The license shall at all times be posted in a conspicuous place in the principal place of business of the licensee.(b) The director may assess a fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) per violation of subdivision (a).Ca. Bus. and Prof'l. Code § 7582.12
