Section 6-61-1407 - Data collection(a) The Division of Higher Education shall adopt policies for the collection of data to ensure that all institutions of higher education that participate in the common course numbering system comply with this subchapter.(b) The division shall determine the data to be collected and annually notify each participating institution of higher education in a timely manner.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 1996, eff. 7/1/2019.
