Section 6-18-2511 - Legal proceedings(a) There shall be no liability on the part of the Department of Education or the state or of any public school or public school district based on the award of or use of an account under this subchapter.(b) Nothing in this section shall be construed as a waiver of sovereign immunity or any other defenses available to the State of Arkansas.Added by Act 2023, No. 237,§ 42, eff. 3/8/2023.
