Section 5-60-121 - Sale of hand-held laser pointer to minor(a) It is unlawful to sell a hand-held laser pointer to a person under eighteen (18) years of age.(b) Any person who violates this section is guilty of a violation punishable by a fine of one hundred dollars ($100).
