Section 4-38-1006 - Appraisal rights

An interest holder of a domestic merging, acquired, converting, or domesticating limited liability company is entitled to contractual appraisal rights in connection with a transaction under this subchapter to the extent provided in:

(1) the operating agreement; or

(2) the plan.
