Section 4-38-116 - Change of registered agent or address for registered agent by limited liability company(a) A limited liability company or registered foreign limited liability company may change its registered agent or the address of its registered agent as provided under § 4-20-108.(b) Any change by a noncommercial registered agent shall comply with § 4-20-109.(c) Any change by a commercial registered agent shall comply with § 4-20-110.Added by Act 2021, No. 1041,§ 26, eff. 7/28/2021.
