Section 4-34-102 - Habilitative services corporations(a) There is authorized the creation of habilitative services corporations.(b) A habilitative services corporation shall be a public body and a body corporate and politic.(c) A habilitative services corporation shall be organized to provide habilitative services and other services for individuals with special educational or training needs.
