Section 27-101-1001 - Title and purpose(a) This subchapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Arkansas Motorboat Registration and Titling Act".(b) The purpose of this subchapter is to establish the requirements and procedures for registering with a certificate of number and titling motorboats manufactured on and after January 1, 2020.Added by Act 2019, No. 733,§ 16, eff. 7/24/2019.
