Section 27-67-307 - Temporary easements(a) Temporary easements for temporary uses by the State Highway Commission in connection with the establishment and construction of state highways may be acquired or condemned in the same manner as fee simple estates.(b) After a temporary easement has served its intended purpose, the commission shall execute a release which shall be recorded in the recorder's office of the county wherein the affected lands or property are situated.Acts 1953, No. 419, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 76-545.
