Section 27-19-502 - Form of report

The form of accident report prescribed by the Office of Driver Services shall contain information sufficient to enable the Office of Driver Services to determine whether the requirements for the deposit of security under this chapter are inapplicable by reason of the existence of insurance or other exceptions specified in this chapter.
