Section 27-19-102 - Construction(a) This chapter shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the laws of those states which enact it.(b) Subchapter and section headings contained in this chapter shall not be deemed to govern, limit, modify, or in any manner affect the scope, meaning, or intent of the provisions of any subchapter or section of this chapter.Acts 1953, No. 347, §§ 85, 92; A.S.A. 1947, §§ 75-1485, 75-1492.
