Section 26-63-201 - Registration required(a) It is unlawful for any taxpayer to transact business within this state prior to registering with the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration.(b) The secretary may promulgate rules to implement this section.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4355, eff. 7/1/2019.
