Section 25-8-107 - Office of Child Support Enforcement(a) The Child Support Enforcement Unit of the Division of Economic and Medical Services of the Department of Human Services is hereby transferred by a type 2 transfer pursuant to § 25-2-105 to the Revenue Division of the Department of Finance and Administration and shall be known as the "Office of Child Support Enforcement".(b) All powers, duties, functions, records, property, and funds administered or provided by other support divisions within the Department of Human Services shall be transferred to the Office of Child Support Enforcement of the Revenue Division of the Department of Finance and Administration on July 1, 1993.(c) The Department of Human Services and the Division of Information Systems shall grant access to and provide information determined by the Office of Child Support Enforcement to be necessary to successfully accomplish its mission.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 6302, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1993, No. 957, §§ 4, 7, 8.
