Section 25-29-108 - Articles of incorporation

Within thirty (30) days after the first meeting of the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Deaf and Hard of Hearing Telecommunications Services Corporation, it shall cause articles of incorporation be filed with the Secretary of State.
