Section 24-12-106 - List of retired employees(a) There shall be kept in the office of the board of trustees pension and relief fund for paid nonuniformed employees, by the secretary, a book known as the "list of retired paid nonuniformed employees".(b) The book shall give the full and complete history and record of action of the board in retiring any and all persons under this act.(c) The record shall give the name, date of joining the service or department, date of retirement and reason thereof, and the date and finding of the physician of each examination made of disabled employees retired under the provisions of this act.Acts 1949, No. 147, § 12; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-933.
