Section 23-119-103 - Permit - application(a) A digital asset mining business shall not operate in Arkansas without a valid permit from the Oil and Gas Commission under this chapter.(b) The commission shall establish the application for a permit for a digital asset mining businesses to operate.(c) The issuance of a digital asset mining business permit shall be contingent upon compliance with all applicable state laws, including without limitation the Arkansas Data Centers Act of 2023, § 14-1-601 et seq.Added by Act 2024, No. 174,§ 4, eff. 5/3/2024.
