Section 23-13-223 - Permits for contract carriers - Application and fees(a) Applications for permits for contract carriers by motor vehicles shall be made to the Arkansas Department of Transportation in writing, be verified under oath, and shall be in such form, contain such information, and be accompanied by proof of service upon such interested parties as the department by rule may require.(b) Every application shall be accompanied by a certified check made payable to the department for the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00).
