Section 21-8-406 - Tickets to charitable events

For the purposes of this subchapter, § 21-8-601 et seq., § 21-8-701 et seq., and § 21-8-801 et seq., the value of a ticket to a charitable event shall not include the tax deductible portion of the ticket.
