Section 20-10-1903 - Informal dispute resolution hearing(a) Informal dispute resolution shall be conducted by the Department of Health.(b) The department shall assign all informal dispute resolution hearings to the unit or section charged with performing survey or inspection activity for hospitals and hospital-based skilled nursing facilities.Acts 2003, No. 1108, § 1.
