Section 2-20-705 - Artificial propagation fee(a) A fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be assessed persons artificially propagating ginseng for sale.(b) The fee will be assessed annually and will accompany the request for nursery certification.Acts 1985, No. 774, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-143.
