Ark. Code § 2-2-202

Section 2-2-202 - Penalty

(a) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of § 2-2-201 shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.

(b) Each violation of any provision of § 2-2-201 shall be deemed a separate offense.
