Section 19-6-415 - Arkansas Abstracters' Board Fund

The Arkansas Abstracters' Board Fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301(93), there to be used for the maintenance, operation, and improvement of the State Board of Appraisers, Abstracters, and Home Inspectors.
