Section 17-47-203 - Records and reports - Disposition of funds

The Arkansas Natural Resources Commission shall:

(1) Keep a record of its proceedings and of all applications for registration which shall show the name, age, and last known address of each applicant, his or her education, experience, and other qualifications, type of examination required, whether or not a certificate of registration was granted, whether or not the applicant was rejected, the date of the action of the commission, and other information which may be deemed necessary by the commission. The record of the commission shall be prima facie evidence of the proceeding of the commission. A transcript thereof certified by authorized personnel shall be admissible as evidence with the same force and effect as if the original were produced;
(2) Annually submit to the Secretary of the Department of Agriculture a report of its transactions of the preceding year and transmit to him or her a complete statement of the receipts and expenditures of the commission; and
(3) Establish accounts in one (1) or more banks in this state, chosen by the commission, into which all funds collected by the commission under this chapter shall be deposited and from which all expenditures approved by the commission, or by the secretary acting on behalf of the commission, shall be made.
