Section 17-40-315 - Duties of licensee or credential holder(a) Each licensee or credential holder shall maintain a record containing the information relative to his or her employees as may be prescribed by the Director of the Division of Arkansas State Police.(b) At all times a licensee or credential holder shall be legally responsible for the good conduct in the business of each employee, including the licensee's manager.(c) A licensee or credential holder finding a violation of this chapter shall report the violation to the local authority and to the director.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 5982, eff. 7/1/2019.Amended by Act 2015, No. 393,§ 69, eff. 9/1/2015.Acts 1977, No. 429, §§ 24, 26; A.S.A. 1947, §§ 71-2145, 71-2147; Acts 1999, No. 1493, § 9.
