Section 17-33-301 - License required(a) It is unlawful for any person to engage in HVACR work without the appropriate license or registration provided by this chapter, unless exempted pursuant to this chapter.(b) It is unlawful for any licensee to allow a nonlicensed person to use his or her Arkansas HVACR license number for any purpose.
