Section 16-123-320 - Additional or substitute respondent(a) The Director of the Arkansas Fair Housing Commission may join a person not named in the complaint as an additional or substitute respondent if, in the course of the investigation, the director determines that the person may have committed a discriminatory housing practice.(b) In addition to the information required in the notice under § 16-123-317(f)(3), the director shall include in a notice to a respondent joined under this section an explanation of the basis for the determination that the person is properly joined as a respondent.Acts 2001, No. 1785, § 21.
