Section 16-106-102 - Actions against corporations(a) Any action required by law to be brought in the name of the state against any corporation, or to vacate or repeal any charter, may be brought in any county in the state before any court having jurisdiction of the action.(b) Service of process in any such action may be made in any county in the state upon any defendant to the action in like manner as is provided by law in other cases, and the defendant shall be required to appear and defend the action in the county where the action may be commenced.Acts 1875 (Adj.
