Section 16-46-211 - Notary's protest(a) The protest made by a notary public under his hand and seal of office shall be evidence of the facts contained in the protest.(b) The certificate of a notary public, under his hand and seal of office, that he forwarded notice of protest shall be prima facie evidence of the fact stated in the certificate.Rev.
