Section 16-22-412 - Conviction in another state - Effect(a) In all cases of conviction for felony or other infamous crime of any attorney at law in any other state or territory of the United States, such conviction, on the production of a copy of the record thereof, shall have the same effect as if such attorney had been convicted in this state.(b) In all cases of conviction of any of the crimes specified in the preceding section, if the attorney shall have been licensed in this state, after such conviction, his license shall be revoked in the same manner as if the conviction had been had after the granting of such license.Rev.
