Section 16-13-902 - Terms of court(a)(1) The terms of court of the Circuit Court of Cross County in the First Judicial District shall commence on the fourth Monday in January.(2) The term of court shall be for one (1) year.(3) Grand and petit juries will serve for a period in accordance with Arkansas law.(b)(1) The terms of court of the Circuit Court of Woodruff County in the First Judicial District shall commence on the second Monday in January.(2) The term of court shall be for one (1) year.(3) Grand and petit juries will serve for a period in accordance with Arkansas law.(c)(1) The terms of court of the Circuit Court of Monroe County in the First Judicial District shall commence on the third Monday in January.(2) The term of court shall be for one (1) year.(3) Grand and petit juries will serve for a period in accordance with Arkansas law.(d) The terms of court of the Circuit Court of St. Francis County in the First Judicial District shall commence on the first Monday in January.(e)(1) The terms of court of the Circuit Court of Lee County in the First Judicial District shall commence on the first Monday in February.(2) The term of court shall be for one (1) year.(3) Grand and petit juries will serve for a period in accordance with Arkansas law.(f)(1) The terms of court of the Circuit Court of Phillips County in the First Judicial District shall commence on the second Monday in February.(2) The term of court shall be for one (1) year.(3) Grand and petit juries will serve for a period in accordance with Arkansas law.(g) The terms of court in this section may be amended or modified by agreement of all circuit judges in the First Judicial District.Acts 1891, No. 62, § 2, p. 110; 1893, No. 56, § 4, p. 84; 1911, No. 138, § 8; 1921, No. 3, § 3; 1943, No. 85, § 1; 1953, No. 318, § 1; 1955, No. 74, § 1; 1965, No. 505, § 8; 1967, No. 12, § 1; 1967, No. 56, § 1; 1979, No. 556, §§ 1-6; A.S.A. 1947, §§ 22-310, 22-310n; Acts 2009, No. 489, § 1.
