Section 15-5-1414 - Review committee
The review committee shall:
(1) Recommend to the trustees of the Venture Capital Investment Trust the payment of fees and expenses out of the Arkansas Venture Capital Development Fund for the operation of the fund; and(2) Approve an investment policy under this subchapter.
