Section 14-52-301 - Purpose(a) The purpose of this subchapter is to recommend a basic Bill of Rights for law enforcement officers of cities and incorporated towns in Arkansas.(b) Any municipality shall have the authority to adopt a local ordinance establishing any or all of these procedures as a guide for negotiating personnel issues with its law enforcement officers.
