Section 14-387-101 - Payment of expenses(a) In no case shall the county be liable for any costs by reason of any county or subdivision availing or attempting to avail itself of this subchapter and subchapter 2 of this chapter.(b) In all cases the whole expense shall be paid by the petitioners.Acts 1883, No. 57, § 15, p. 81; C. & M.
