Section 14-250-115 - Service or rate grievance - Right to petition(a) Any person aggrieved by the service furnished or rates charged by a district shall have, as a matter of right, the right to petition the grievance from the decision or action of the district to the circuit court of the county in which the district was formed.(b) Upon the petition being filed, the circuit court shall hear the petition de novo and is empowered to make such orders as may be necessary and proper in equity.Acts 1983, No. 608, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 20-2308.
