Section 14-184-216 - Bonds - Tax exemption(a) Bonds issued under the provisions of this subchapter and the interest on them shall be exempt from all state, county, and municipal taxes.(b) This exemption shall include income, inheritance, and estate taxes.Acts 1975, No. 403, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 20-1632.
