Section 14-175-116 - Application of Arkansas Nonprofit Corporation Act of 1993(a) Each corporation is subject to the provisions of the Arkansas Nonprofit Corporation Act of 1993, § 4-33-101 et seq., to the extent that those provisions are not in conflict with the provisions of this chapter.(b) If a provision of the Arkansas Nonprofit Corporation Act of 1993, § 4-33-101 et seq., is in conflict with any provision of this chapter, the provisions of this chapter shall control.Acts 2005, No. 1372, § 3.
