Section 14-169-503 - Applications by farmers(a) The owner of any farm operated, or worked upon, by a farmer of low income in need of safe and sanitary housing may file an application with a county housing authority or a regional housing authority requesting that it provide for a safe and sanitary dwelling for occupancy by the farmer of low income.(b) The applications shall be received and examined by housing authorities in connection with the formulation of projects or programs to provide housing for farmers of low income.Acts 1941, No. 352, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-3054.
