Section 12-9-203 - Acceptance of gifts, grants, etc. - Disposition(a) The Division of Law Enforcement Standards and Training may accept gifts, grants, donations, equipment and materials, and bequests of money or gratuities donated by private persons or corporations.(b) All moneys received under subsection (a) of this section shall be deposited into the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy Cash Fund.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 5823, eff. 7/1/2019.Amended by Act 2017, No. 497,§ 11, eff. 8/1/2017.
