Section 12-12-1604 - Authority(a) The Department of Arkansas State Police and the Arkansas Crime Information Center may provide background check services to a volunteer organization pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter.(b) The department and the center may promulgate rules to administer the provisions of this subchapter.Acts 2005, No. 1778, § 1.
