Section 11-4-609 - Administration of this section, sections 11-4-607 and 11-4-608, and 11-4-610 - 11-4-612

The Director of the Division of Labor shall have the power and it shall be his or her duty to carry out and administer the provisions of this section, §§ 11-4-607, 11-4-608, and 11-4-610 - 11-4-612.
