Section 9-554 - License required before constructionA. A new industrial gas pipeline shall not be constructed within any incorporated city or town or within the unincorporated area of a county before a license is issued as provided in this article.B. A licensing authority may terminate a license according to its terms and conditions if a license holder is in default under the license.
