Section 48-1093 - Compensation; expensesA. Each member of a road enhancement improvement district board of directors that is a separately elected board formed pursuant to this article is eligible to receive not more than seventy-five dollars for each meeting of the board attended and reimbursement for necessary travel expenses for attending not more than four meetings of the board during a calendar month. Compensation shall be paid by the district.B. Each director shall receive reimbursement for necessary expenses while engaged in official business of the district as authorized by the board.
