Section 42-1116.01 - Department of revenue administrative fundA. The department of revenue administrative fund is established consisting of monies from unclaimed property deposited in the fund pursuant to section 44-313.B. The director shall administer the fund.C. Subject to legislative appropriation, the director shall use monies in the fund solely for the administrative costs of the department.
